Grant Reports

Looking for some great examples of Grant reports as follow-up documents.

I've got my paper grant report forms that I've been planning to integrate into the GLM as a follow-up. But I'm always looking to see if any one has a better report form, especially now that I'm doing this electronically for the first time.

Thanks for your help.

  • Our grant reports are specific to the cycle. We try really hard to only ask questions that will be relevant for our review of the nonprofit's use of funds and not a lot of extra questions that we don't really want to know or will read. We are trying to be mindful of not doing things we have always done just because we always have. For example, if we write a mini-grant to buy a computer all we really need to know is that they spent the money on the computer. We don't need their whole year's worth of information. I would be happy to send you the pdfs of the different ones we have if you would like!

  • Carol Reynolds - thank you!

I agree that less is better and tying it to the specific grant cycle is important. I also want to keep the number of forms to a minimum, though I realize that one size does not fit all.

But this is very helpful. I may ask you for some examples of your pdfs.

    Hi @LisaBoxWilliams ,

I would love to know more about how you use the merge file function. I have not yet tried that!

I would love to see an example of what you give to your board. Would you be willing to share?

    Thanks so much!
