Custom reports - DAF holder insights
We're looking to pull some custom reports to take a look at how our DAF holders use Foundant. Everything from how often they log in, grants requested, grants sent, donations, etc. Does anyone have a custom report they like that they could recommend to pull in several object fields from the system?

Stripe or direct to a bank account for Fidelity Charitable ETF DAF donations?
I am curious to know whether people are going to opt for the automated ETF transaction payments from Fidelity Charitable via Stripe or if they will want those donations to go straight to a bank account. It would seem that the option to use Stripe would reduce the manual entry of donations from Fidelity Charitable. Is there…

Best way to handle a bank account that doesn't need balances swaps
We are considering reclassifying one of our bank accounts from a bank account to an investment account in Foundant. This account is not used for daily transactions, and we want to: Exclude it from all balance swap activity – it should not be swept or adjusted during cash management. Maintain a consistent reconciled balance…

What is the best way to enter stock donations if you do not sell the stock?
We received several shares of different stock from a donor and our investment manager decided not to sell some of the stock. If I enter the information in public securities, I have to then "sell" the stock in CSuite. Should I only enter what was sold and then enter the other portion as "other payment?" This is the first…
