We had a great and lively coffee talk exploring how community foundations do communications planning and implementation.
Let's continue the discussion here - especially for everyone who shared plans for their anniversary events!
Here is the link to the recording:
Thank you to all who participated and joined us and special thank you to @GennaFreed , Communications Director at The Findlay-Hancock County Community Foundation for being our special guest!

I really enjoyed this coffee talk and took away so many ideas, plus it got the creativity flowing again. It's been a year and a half of a very different work flow and this made it feel normal again! Looking forward to @GennaFreed 's notes and documents she's going to share! Thank you again! 7

Happy Tuesday from Ohio! Thanks to everyone who took part in the conversation and caught up after. I wanted to share a few resources/things I referenced in the conversation: Videos: our virtual Annual Celebration, a donor story, an impact story. I've attached our monthly donor engagement team plan, a sample story gathering worksheet and a sample story bank (which helps me plan). Please let me know if there's anything I forgot or can provide! 5

Ok, forgot the most important part...the communications strategy doc! This is the annual plan I share with our board and reference when I put together my to-do lists, plan monthly/quarterly, etc.. It changes a little each year. 3
