Who is using Foundant CRM very well

We need help! We are currently in CSuite but has not moved our CRM to Foundant we are still using Raiser's Edge NXT but we are wanting to move over to Foundant CRM quickly. However, we don't know what we don't know. Are there any foundations that is utilizing the CRM very well. How are you utilizing the moves management and how do you structure your metrics.
