Scholarship Agreement
Hello all, we are new to Foundant this year with our scholarships and I am wondering if anyone has a copy of their scholarship agreement or terms and conditions they are willing to share that they use on the follow-ups? Thank you kindly.

"Scholarship agreement" - I am not sure what you are seeking. If it is the agreement from the scholarship awardee, I am attaching what we have monikered "Scholarship Acceptance Form". We receive this prior to issuing any scholarship award proceeds.

Keith, This is very helpful. I was just attempting to see what others use as far as terms and conditions for the students. I appreciate the information.

We too are new to SLM this year. I totally found this in the internet and adopted it for our scholarship agreement. The universal part they will fill out once, and then each scholarship has an agreement portion.
