Spending Policy Funds

There are a few ways to get to this data. Probably the most versatile is in your GL Transactions area. Choose your spendable equity account as the account and then the date range and (optionally) a fund. You will see every transaction that affected the spendable balance. You can then use the raw export to filter, sort and so on.
You can also use the Audit Balances Financial report (single point in time) or the Fund Balances Financial report (multiple spendable balance snapshots on a row) to get snapshots of the spendable balance. Set the start and end date as needed, filter by the fund(s) if necessary. If you are using the Audit Balances use Edit Options to select one of the Spendable numbers (by month, quarter or year). You can then export or raw export that and join it with a grants report for the fund(s).
If you are just looking for it on screen, you can click the spendable balance in a fund. It takes you to a transaction breakdown of everything that has ever hit that spendable. It does not have an export there however.
