When selling the gift of grain, how do you record the expenses from the grain elevator for selling the grain.
Is there a specific expense account people use? I have been trying Miscellaneous in the Test site, but really don't like seeing it as a "Miscellaneous Expense" on the Fund Statement.
Does anyone have a better option?

After some thought, we decided to create a new Expense Account
Because the grain elevators in our area have several different fees they charge, we decided to combine them into one called "Grain Elevator Fees"
Cost of Goods Sold - Grain Elevator Fees
This allows our Donor Advised Fund Holders can see that expense on their Fund Statements.
