Collaboration Grants
Does anyone do collaboration grants where multiple organizations come together and submit one application for the group? If so, how do you process these and track them in the system?
We are currently having one organization be the primary one to submit the application and who we make the award to, but knowing that funds will be distributed among the other participating orgs. This gets a little muddy when we run reports and look at the primary organization's grant history because it looks like their total awarded amount it much bigger than it truly is for that organization, and then we aren't necessarily tracking the other organizations that received funds. I'm curious if anyone is doing something similar and how you're going about it in GLM.
