What financial documents do you require from an organization requesting a grant. Specifically, do you require an audited financial statement from the organization requesting a grant? If not, what do you require and what do you suggest we look for?

At our Foundation, we require their Board of Directors list, current operating budget, audited financial statements IF their gross annual revenue exceeds $250K, otherwise unaudited financial statements will suffice.
