Does anyone book salaries across multiple funds?

Hi there,
I am curious if there are any Foundations out there that book salaries across multiple funds? Example - 1.0 FTE is 50% in operations fund, 25% in fund A and 25% in fund B. If you do - please email me directly as I am doing research for someone. Email: molson@winonacf.org.
