Streamlining various grants cycles

Hi all,

At Park City Community Foundation we have various grant cycles that support several of our initiatives.

As we look towards strategic planning, we are brainstorming on how we might refine our various grant cycles (Community Fund, Park City Climate Fund, Solomon Fund, Women’s Giving Fund). Also, we acknowledge that we have two other initiatives that have separate grants processes (more informal processes)... that don’t have formal grants committees. Questions that we are asking ourselves are: 

• How can we be more equitable in our grantmaking / follow grantmaking industry best practices?
• How can we streamline the processes for nonprofits?
• How can we streamline the processes for Park City Community Foundation?
• Do we need 4 separate applications?

If anyone has any ideas on how best to streamline our processes/applications... I would love any insight that you all may have.
