Recent Board Member Agreement Refresh?

We want to update and refresh our Board Member Agreement. Curious if anyone has done this lately and or willing to share theirs with us?

Also curious about how best to include a commitment to Equity and Diversity / Racial and Social Equity pledge/commitment or if this should be separate.
