Hello all, my name is Leah Droge and I'm from Lincoln, Nebraska.

I am the Assistant Director of Program Development at Friendship Home, we provide crisis services, emergency shelter and transitional housing for survivors of domestic violence and their children.

I've been a victim advocate for 16 years, but only started writing grants a few years ago. I look forward to engaging with this group and continuing to learn and grow.

Aside from work, I love volleyball (Husker fan through and through), my little dogs and spending time outdoors.
