We are a small international organization striving to teach and support youth and young adults (ages 15-23 orphans) self-love and self-sufficiency through direct experience in social enterprise.

In other words, how to create, manage and stabilize a small business. As a startup organization with devoted staff, and a strong desire to do this right the first time, we have five programs in four countries with 40 youths. We personalize and specialize training until they and we are confident they can stand independently and are ready to pass the baton on to the next generation.

What have others experienced with this issue in writing grants? What might be some suggestions?
