Our organization's name is Foundations Community Partnership (FCP). Been playing with our acronym, e.g. Funding Community Projects, Funding Collaborative Programs, etc.

Agree with the theme of communicating consistent grant cycles. We mostly use e-blasts and social media. We also use special nonprofit edition published annually by local newspapers to publish our annual grant cycles. Seen a good response from that strategy.

That's great @KentWeimer. Maybe you can share in this forum if it passes. We are not in a position yet to adopt diversity metrics but I would love to see how you and your board navigate this process in a meaningful and intentional way.

We are starting with a board diversity policy trying to define what diversity means for our foundation.
