We currently send out letters. Might rethink but like the tracking of a letter coming back undeliverable. So can contact student and then don't have to worry about the check being returned.

Our Foundation's deadline is July 15th so we are able to have students upload their financial aid award letter and they enter the EFC. Which is usually verified by the college/university's award letter. We also allow applicants, who wish not to do the FAFSA to enter 99999 in the EFC question. That way they can still…

If we have only one applicant that qualifies we awarded the monies to that applicant. We also verify that every part of the criteria is met before that determination is made.

Thank you. We are considering making a change to allow this. Our student applicants are identified by a number only and names are not allowed anywhere on the application. Thank you for the response.

Our application just opened on April 15th and I have seen an increase in the numbers so far. We also are holding a Zoom office hours if students have questions.
