Framework for on/off boarding new initiatives

Hello all!

We are looking at creating a framework around our initiatives that provides a starting point/decision tree. As we start this process, the question arose (as always) 'how do other community foundations do it?'

Wondering if anyone already has a framework in place that outlines their process in taking on a new initiative, whether in house or as a supporter, or sunsetting an initiative via financial support or letting them fly on their own.

I'd love to connect with anyone who has a process in place or has also been thinking of creating a process like this!
