We would like to use this to, not only update Donor Profiles, e-mails, phone numbers, etc, but would like to to engage and track donor interests. Thank you.
November-early December we sent a survey to our DAF advisors. Here's the link for your reference: https://form.jotform.com/82615088815160. We plan to use a similar survey as part of the "on-boarding" process with new donors from here on out, too.

Thanks for asking this question! We've been talking about doing a similar donor survey. Update info, but also get better info on their preferences for contacts, listing donations, how they have engaged with the foundation, how they prefer to get information (mail, email, etc.)

Does this integrate into CSuite somehow or do you manually update the information you collect about your donors?
@LaurelShulman - we update the collected donor information manually in our CRM.
