We've had GLM since 2014 and love it! I appreciate that you are always making updates to make the system better. The Idea Lab is great and appreciate that you listen to your clients' needs.

    @JennieGeisheimer we love it too! We have both CSuite and the GLM (since 2019) and it seems like we are constantly refining to use them to our best advantage, and adding ideas which, like you said, are reviewed by the Foundant team regularly. During COVID we moved from printed cheques to electronic funds transfer, and used the GLM to create a follow up to ensure we had the most current banking info to effect the transfer. Our evaluators are enjoying the evaluation function of the grants. We also like being able to see which of our emails have been opened or require follow up, so if we are emailing an organization about a grant we use the GLM to do so. In what ways has the GLM helped you in your work?
