Hello everyone! I am Kristen Neithercut, a new Client Support Intern here at Foundant. I became interested in working at Foundant when I decided to pivot my career away from hospitality/Food & Beverage towards a career that is still client-focused but not necessarily nights/weekends/holidays. As someone with a history in the nonprofit sector, Foundant was at the top of my list as a local business doing great work in an industry I'm familiar with. I am Bozeman-based but originally from Northern Michigan. In my free time I enjoy working on my nonprofit, The Female Climbers Collective, that teaches women and nondominant gender identities how to rock climb through a 3 day climbing festival here in Montana. I'm excited to be here and looking forward to working with you all!
