Hey everyone! My name is Ashley Siferd Butler, hailing from the small community of Wears Valley, TN and working for East Tennessee Foundation located in the heart of downtown Knoxville, TN. I'm looking forward to the growth and capacity power of Compass to help us all learn from each other. Nonprofit work is the best and certainly not without its challenges. Peace.
