Terms of Reference for development or stewardship board committees?

Hello - our current Community Invesment and Stewardship Committee, a committee of our Board, is reviewing their Terms of Reference. The committee exists to support development and stewardship for our community foundation, but as our staff grows, the Terms of Reference have not kept pace.

If you have similar types of committees, could you share your terms of reference? Would also enjoy seeing Social Impact type commitees.
