Foundant Admin Position Description

Hi everyone!
We are currently working on developing a position description for hiring a Foundant Administrator. Foundant is our first grants management system that we have implemented in our office and we haven't had anyone in this type of position before.
I'm wondering if anyone would be willing to share position descriptions for job postings for hiring similar positions at your organizations. We are mostly interested in seeing what others have put for applicant skill sets preferred and description of tasks for a Foundant Administrator role.
Thanks!

Hi Anna,
You might want to consider looking at a recruiting website such as Glassdoor for examples. I searched the site with the title of Grants Associate and found something that might be close to what you are looking for. Here is the link to that particular isting for your reference: https://www.glassdoor.com/partner/jobListing.htm?pos=101&ao=405584&s=58&guid=000001739b6edb7dacc4716be5f76154&src=GD_JOB_AD&t=SR&extid=1&exst=OL&ist=&ast=OL&slr=true&cs=1_54940843&cb=1596040600830&jobListingId=3031486928
You could search the site for other examples as well to give you some ideas.
Best of luck in your search!
We wrote for a Grants Analyst position a few years ago and found that a lot of it depends on what you want that person doing. So many of the "grant" jobs out there are more grant writer or coordinator than an actual Administrator. In our case we needed someone that was familiar with Foundant and that could manage the day to day functionality of our grants within the system. So they had to be a little bit writer, a lot of monitor and accountant. I'd be happy to share the roles and responsibilities that we established for the position if that's the focus you're looking for.
Here's our job description if you think it will be helpful. We are an arts organization so our qualifications may not meet everything you need.
That's a good one, Jennifer!
