Hi all,
We're creating a webinar for our nonprofit agency funds to review the basics of the funds (if they're new to the org/org's board, or need a refresher), answer FAQs, and remind them of the nonprofit support services we offer. We also try to meet one on one with these nonprofits, but we know frequent turnover happens, and we also want to introduce some new key staff on our side that will support them.
Has anyone provided anything similar (webinar, in-person, materials) for their agency funds? Any suggestions for tactics you found most helpful?
