The Community Foundation of the Fox River Valley, headquartered in Aurora, Illinois, the state's second-largest city and approximately 40 miles from Chicago, is hiring a Director of Grantmaking as well as a Vice President of Advancement, both positions are full-time.

The Foundation provides a competitive compensation package commensurate with experience and qualifications including vacation time (two weeks upon the date of hire, three weeks after one year); health, dental, and vision insurance (80% of employee, 70% of dependent premium paid by the Foundation); and a matching 403(b) deferred compensation package (eligible after 90 days of employment, 75% match up to $10,000.00 annually). The Foundation offers a flexible work schedule and opportunities to work from home.
