NCFP (National Center for Family Philanthropy) has a few upcoming open webinars on collaboration and grants including different responses, but this specific one shares from people who have done long-term disaster response, which I just think seems helpful. I liked the idea of speakers who have thought about a response years later and building community support or capacity.
