Rapidly growing, 4-year old community foundation seeks full-time Executive Director for position in "The Heart of The Rockies". Located approximately 2-1/2 hours south and west of Denver on the Arkansas River, surrounded by 14,000' mountains, Chaffee County is a 4-season mecca for outdoor recreation, the arts and small town living.
The Executive Director serves as the chief executive officer of the Corporation and has general and active control of its programs, business, and supervision of its employees and contractors. The Executive Director is responsible for advancing the organization’s vision, strategic initiatives and priorities, and ensuring that all resolutions of the Board of Directors are carried into effect.
The Executive Director is responsible for meeting the financial and operational goals of CCCF and serves as the lead fundraiser to build a permanent endowment for grantmaking, along with operational dollars to sustain the organization.
