The Chaffee County Community Foundation (CCCF) is looking for self-motivated and community-minded individual to join its team as our owner of all things marketing and communications – our Community Engagement Specialist. This position will increase CCCF’s capacity to serve Chaffee County by becoming responsible for planning, development and implementation of all of the organization’s marketing strategies, communications, and public relations activities, both external and internal.
Successful applicants will be able to see themselves growing with the organization over the long-haul and expect to be supported and empowered to take on a role similar to an airline co-pilot. That is, work side by side with the Executive Director, supporting operations by adding the skills needed to promote a consistent CCCF “brand,” keeping CCCF foremost in donors’ minds for philanthropy. The CES will be the primary public information contact of CCCF, helping the Executive Director to focus on strategy, fundraising, visioning and operations.
Primarily a remote position, but once you've seen our county in the mountains of central Colorado, you'll compare it most favorability with Bozeman, MT!
