How are you tracking PPP benefits and grantee relief?

Hello Everyone,
A client wants to know how grantmakers/ funders are tracking applicant PPP benefits ( Paycheck Protection Program)? Continuing on the same theme, how are funders tracking grantee relief from various sources whether that be government or other organizations?

Our foundation contributed to the local COVID-19 relief fund set up by our Community Foundation, in collaboration with our United Way and City/County Government. A member of the United Way is on a daily morning call with the City and County in an effort to not duplicate funding. In addition, other local foundations let the Community Foundation know if we make a grant outside of the fund for COVID-19 relief.
