Hey Ryan, there's an Idea Lab post for this exact issue. We also have our fund advisors set to the individual profiles (which we think makes the most sense in the event of a death, divorce etc) but couples often give as a household. We report our board demographics on Guidestar and encourage other funders and grantees to do the same. That way grantees don't have to fill out a different board diversity grid for each different funder. Also, if we're not reporting our board demographics it doesn't seem fair to ask grantees to do so.
