With the holiday season upon us, I thought I'd jump in and share my grandmother's Cornbread Dressing recipe. It's a recipe passed down through several generations and our Thanksgivings have never been without this yummy goodness! 💜

@HollyCrain Our foundation provided all the necessary tools... a new computer, a webcam, etc. Everything else was already in place at home. No extra stipends, just the 'musts' for working at home.

Once that email went out, I was busy on the phone for about two days, but then things leveled out and those that needed it got the extension and if they didn't need it, the deadline…

@MicheleSchmidt Under the circumstances of this COVID pandemic, our Board was so very receptive to offering help with technology equipment. The recipients were so very grateful....often moved to tears. It's such a necessary request in these chaotic times. :-)

We also require a signed "Conflict of Interest Policy" document each year from both of our two staff members, and all of our Board members.

@KentWeimer I am confident that if we had more than just the two of us, we would all be working remotely. I confess I have fluctuated between wishing I were home and grateful for not being confined.
