I’m glad you started this discussion as well. We are currently looking into creating an AI policy for our organization too, so this conversation is very timely and helpful for us. There are so many important areas to consider, from data privacy and security to appropriate use guidelines and employee training, so it’s great to hear how other organizations are approaching it.
I’ll definitely be following along to gather ideas, recommendations, and best practices that others are willing to share. If our team develops any helpful guidelines, policies, or resources during this process, I’d be happy to come back and share them here as well. I’m looking forward to learning from everyone’s experiences and seeing how different organizations are navigating the growing use of AI in the workplace.

Are you looking for AI policy for applicants, internal use, third parties, or all of the above? We have our own internal policy for use, but we also have disclaimers on our applications for use of AI, and are working on a policy for any evaluators in our system using AI to assist with their application reviews.
