Newly Support Team Member - Hello!

Hi all - my name is Drake, and I'm so excited to be joining Foundant as a Manager on our stellar Support team. Prior to this role, I served as a member of the client services/sales team at Macmillan Learning, but have always been attracted to Foundant's mission and vision in the Founder/Philanthropic Space. My career has been focused on improving the client experience, whether it's as a Customer Success Manager, Program Manager, or within Operations, improving every aspect of the customer journey. 
I will be working out of the Bozeman office, as I live in Montana with my wife and son, along with an ornery Cocker Spaniel named Ella. Because I have a 2 year old, I no longer have free time, but when I did, I enjoyed traveling, cooking, reading, and am a self-professed huge movie nerd.
Now more than ever, it's important to focus on giving back, and aiding organizations who aim to improve their communities throughout the world. Because of this, Foundant has always been on my radar as an organization I'd be honored to join. Now that I'm here, I'm excited to hit the ground running!
